Order Fulfillment

3Backstage ships worldwide from Miami, Florida. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and packing before your order is shipped.

Delivery times will vary depending on the courier and destination. All estimated delivery windows are guidelines only and may be affected by payment authorization, stock availability, or customs delays.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to update.

 

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will ship within the delivery window stated on the product page.

Return Policy

We currently accept U.S. returns only, subject to a $20 restocking fee. At this time, international orders are final sale.

U.S. customers may return items for store credit or an exchange in color or hardware. Refunds are not offered.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email jennifer@3backstage.com for authorization within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving confirmation.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on worn items, including pieces used for press, styling, or photoshoots.
  • 3Backstage reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or are sent without prior written approval.
  • We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees and the cost of re-shipping exchange items.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, please contact our support jennifer@3BACKSTAGE.COM

International Taxes & Duties

Orders shipping outside the United States may incur local taxes, customs duties, and fees (“Import Fees”) charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient, who acts as the importer of record.

Import regulations vary by region; 3Backstage is unable to predict these charges.

If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, any Import Fees applied to the package, and the cost of returning the parcel to 3Backstage.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
